A: Our Pewaukee location we refer to as a nail spa verses a nail salon because that location offers a private atmosphere where the client is one on one with her nail tech in a private room. At both of our locations we go out of our way to give you an experience a cut above the rest. At both locations you are offered choices of beverage before your service is started. The services are always taken to the next level; never basic. The skin as well as the nails are cared for. Services are never rushed, in fact each service takes about a full hour. Your appointments are also tracked so your tech can tell you when you were last in and what services you received, the polish color you chose, and more. Pampering you is our top priority. A: If it is your first appointment you want to set about 10 minutes extra aside for your client consultation. Manicures rarely go over 1 hour however pedicures can run 1 to 11/2 hours depending on the condition of your nails and feet. A full set of nail enhancements takes about 11/2 hours. Our quick drying top coat & spray will have you out the door- smudge free!
A: Yes! Regardless of what pedicure you choose all calluses and rough patches will be worked on. To remove calluses we use a callus eliminator gel which breaks down and softens the callus. From there, we simply file them away. Depending on the severity of your calluses, it may take several treatments to receive desired results but in just one visit you will see and feel a difference.
A: Yes, and you should make sure that the salon owners and workers are just as concered as you are! At West Coast Trendz sanitation is top priority. A new file and buffer is used on each client. Pumice stones are only used once as they are not sanitizable. Implements are visibly soaking in disinfecting solution for clients peace of mind.
